1. Commercial License Grants & Scope
By purchasing a software license or add-on on jchatcloud.com, you enter into a binding legal agreement with JChat Inc. JChat grants you a perpetual, lifetime commercial license based on your selected tier:
- • Standard License ($99 USD):Permits deployment on one (1) single production domain context for private or single-organization team communications with lifetime software updates.
- • Extended License ($299 USD):Permits multi-tenant SaaS hosting, unlimited tenant subdomains, white-label branding, and commercial redistribution without recurring seat fees.
2. Instant Digital Fulfillment & Delivery
All products sold on the JChat Store are 100% digital goods. Delivery is automated and instantaneous upon successful payment verification:
- • Instant issuance of your unique Purchase Code on the post-checkout confirmation screen.
- • Automated dispatch of order receipts and license activation details to your verified email address.
- • 24/7 access to your software license certificates, source code downloads, and addon tokens via the Customer Portal.
3. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing
Prices are displayed in USD (and converted dynamically to local currencies during checkout where supported). Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateways:
- Razorpay: Supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets for domestic and international payments.
- PayPal: Supports PayPal account balances, linked bank accounts, and major global credit cards.
4. Digital Goods & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Because JChat products include instant cryptographic key issuance, source code repositories, and complete offline software ownership, all software licenses and add-on purchases are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable once delivered.
Customers are strongly advised to review live demonstrations, architectural documentation, and system prerequisites prior to placing an order. In the event of a technical defect or activation issue, our engineering support team will assist you to resolve the matter.
5. Source Code Ownership & Restrictions
Licensees receive unminified source code for self-hosted deployment and modification. However:
- • You may not sub-license, publicly publish, leak, or resell the raw source code or license key files.
- • You agree not to forge or circumvent cryptographic signature verification or license runtime protections.
- • Unauthorized redistribution or license key sharing will result in immediate license revocation and blacklisting.
6. Addon SDK (@jchat/addon-sdk) & Runtime (@jchat/runtime) EULA
Developers are granted a royalty-free license to use @jchat/addon-sdk for the sole purpose of building, distributing, or commercializing custom addons and UI extensions for the JChat platform. Incorporating, porting, or redistributing `@jchat/addon-sdk` in or for any application other than JChat is strictly prohibited.
The @jchat/runtime package governs cryptographic license token verification, domain entitlement binding, and offline fallbacks. You are expressly prohibited from decompiling, reverse-engineering, forging cryptographic token signatures, or removing license validation hooks.
Third-party addons submitted to the JChat Marketplace must comply with sandboxed capability boundaries, maintain security standards, and support official host localization requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall JChat Inc. or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
